How many keywords can I track?+
Starter tracks 3 keywords, Pro tracks 10 keywords, and the cardless preview tracks 1 keyword. A keyword can be a single word, a phrase, a hashtag, or a boolean query.
Are boolean operators supported?+
Yes. Twigest supports AND, OR, and NOT boolean operators, as well as quoted phrases for exact-match matching. You can build complex queries such as ("product name" OR #hashtag) AND ("bug" OR "broken") NOT "sponsored" to isolate precisely the signal you need.
How fresh are matches?+
Twigest scans for new matches every six hours, so a post published during the day is collected on the next scan. It is not a real-time stream: the matches are grouped into one digest per scheduled delivery, daily by default on Starter and Pro (weekdays, weekly, and custom days are also available) and weekly on the cardless preview.
Does it work for hashtags?+
Yes. Hashtags are treated as keywords and can be combined with boolean operators just like any other term. You can track a hashtag alone, combine it with other keywords, or exclude specific hashtags from a broader query - all within a single saved keyword group.
