How to get help fast

Twigest support is run by a small team that builds the product day-to-day. There is no call center, no ticket queue, and no automated reply bot. When you email hello@twigest.com, a human reads your message and replies, usually within 6 hours on weekdays and within 24 hours on weekends.

To get the fastest answer, include three things in your message: the email address on your Twigest account, the specific action you were trying to take, and any error message or screenshot you saw. With that information we can usually resolve account-level issues in our first reply.

What we cover

We handle the full range of usage and billing questions: account verification, plan upgrades and downgrades, refunds, channel configuration (email, Slack, Telegram, webhooks), keyword and account tracking limits, API access, digest delivery troubleshooting, and integration setup. If you are stuck on onboarding, we will walk you through the first digest live over email — no scheduled calls required.

For product feedback and feature requests, send those to the same address. We read every one, and major requests with multiple votes make it into the roadmap. Twigest is a small enough product that one well-argued feedback email can directly influence what ships next.

Response time expectations

Weekday median response time is under 6 hours during European business hours. Weekend responses go out within 24 hours. For urgent account-blocking issues (failed payment, locked account, missed critical digest delivery), flag "URGENT" in your subject line and we prioritize the reply.
