1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Twigest (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
Twigest is an AI-powered social media monitoring platform that tracks X/Twitter accounts and keywords, generates automated digests, and delivers them via email, Telegram, or Slack. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Twigest offers Free, Pro ($9/mo), Business ($19/mo), and Agency ($49/mo) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute content obtained through the Service without authorization; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (f) use the Service to violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; (g) use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Twigest and protected by intellectual property laws. Digests generated by the Service are provided for your personal or internal business use only. Content sourced from X/Twitter remains the property of its respective authors.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twigest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service relies on third-party platforms (X/Twitter) and AI models; we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twigest, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
