Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using Twigest, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
2. Service
Twigest monitors subscriber-selected public social accounts and keywords, creates automated summaries, and delivers them through configured channels. The Service is provided as is and as available.
3. Billing
Paid plans are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices and limits shown at checkout control. You may cancel renewal at any time, and eligible refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy.
4. Responsible Use
You must select monitored accounts and keywords for a lawful personal or business purpose. You may not use Twigest for stalking, doxxing, harassment, discrimination, unlawful surveillance, sensitive-person profiling, infringement, or automated legal, employment, credit, housing, or similarly significant decisions about individuals.
5. Service Protection
You may not gain unauthorized access, defeat security or usage controls, reverse engineer the Service except where law permits, share credentials, overload the Service, or access it with automation beyond interfaces we provide.
6. Third-Party Content
Public posts and other third-party content remain the property of their authors or rightsholders. Twigest does not create or endorse that content. Digests are licensed for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, republish, or create a raw-content database from material delivered through Twigest. Rightsholders and mentioned people may use /privacy/third-party-rights.
7. X Platform
Twigest is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. Features depending on X or another provider may be limited, modified, or discontinued if access conditions, availability, or law change. We do not guarantee completeness or continued availability of third-party content.
8. Twigest Intellectual Property
Twigest owns its software, branding, interface, and original presentation. No ownership in source posts is claimed. Feedback may be used to improve the Service without compensation.
9. Privacy
Our processing practices, 30-day raw-post retention, service providers, and third-party objection process are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate use that violates these Terms, law, platform safety, or third-party rights. You may delete your account through Settings.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twigest disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total contractual liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Twigest and its personnel against third-party claims and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful monitored targets, redistribution of source content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul, subject to mandatory consumer law. Contact hello@twigest.com.
