Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Twigest. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions (Pro, Business, Agency plans). Twigest is a fully automated digital service — no human-driven services are involved. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan is completely free with no charges. Since no payment is made, no refund applies to the Free plan.
3. Paid Subscriptions
All paid plans (Pro at $9/mo, Business at $19/mo, Agency at $49/mo) are billed monthly through Paddle. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your subscription purchase or plan upgrade without giving any reason. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to paid features until then.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day eligibility window, email us at [email protected] with: • Your registered email address. • Date of purchase. We will process refunds without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Plan Changes
When upgrading from one paid plan to another, the price difference is prorated for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the lower rate takes effect at the next billing cycle.
8. Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle's consumer terms apply to all purchases. For payment-related inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly.
