Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan is forever free — no credit card required. You can monitor up to 3 Twitter/X accounts and track 3 keywords, with a weekly AI digest delivered to your inbox.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payments securely — we never store your card details.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days, contact us at hello@twigest.com and we will issue a full refund.
