Does Twigest provide automated crisis alerts?+
No. Twigest provides scheduled summaries of collected posts, not statistical volume-surge detection or real-time crisis alerts. Use a separate urgent-response process when an incident requires immediate attention.
Does it cover non-English tweets?+
Partly, and always in English. Twigest is a US-market English-only product: its summaries and digests are written in English, and non-English tweets are excluded from the top stories and honorable mentions when an English-language source covers the same story. If only non-English coverage exists for a story that matters, Twigest surfaces it with an English-language paraphrase.
