Frequently Asked Questions
Does it catch tweets without my @handle?+
Yes. Twigest monitors keyword-based queries, not just @mention notifications. Matching posts that contain your brand name, product name, or configured keyword are collected whether or not your handle appears. This is critical for catching organic word-of-mouth that Twitter's native notifications miss.
How often is the digest delivered?+
Free accounts receive a weekly digest by email. Starter and Pro are daily by default, and you can switch to weekdays, weekly, or custom days in Settings. Starter is email only; Pro adds Telegram as delivery channels. Delivery timing follows your account settings.
Can I track multiple brands?+
Starter includes 10 accounts, 3 keywords and 3 topics. Pro includes 30 accounts, 10 keywords and 5 topics. Both are daily by default, with weekdays, weekly, and custom days selectable in Settings; Pro also supports Telegram.
What sentiment categories does it use?+
Twigest classifies each collected tweet into one of four sentiment classes: positive, negative, neutral, or mixed. A separate emotion field can also mark joy, anger, fear, surprise, sadness, or disgust where available. The daily digest includes a percentage breakdown across the sentiment classes, so you can see the overall tone of the conversation at a glance.
