What time does my digest arrive?+
Free and Starter plans receive a single morning digest. Pro and Business plan users can pick the exact delivery hour from the dashboard settings page.
Can I change the delivery time?+
Yes, Pro and above plans let you select any delivery hour. Go to Dashboard, open Settings, and adjust your digest schedule. Changes take effect on the next delivery cycle.
How do I add a second email?+
Navigate to Channels in your dashboard and click Add Channel. Select Email and enter the additional address. Each address can have its own keyword filter and schedule on Pro and above.
What if a digest does not arrive?+
Check your spam folder first and add digest@twigest.com to your contacts. Twigest sends from a dedicated IP with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC configured. If mail is still missing, contact support and we will resend the digest.
What is the sender email?+
All digests are sent from digest@twigest.com. The domain passes DKIM, SPF, and DMARC validation so modern mail clients display a verified sender and deliverability stays high.
